Triple A Sauce Refund Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Triple A Sauce. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.


General Return Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of our food product, all sales of Triple A Sauce are final. We cannot accept returns for safety and sanitation reasons once the product has been shipped. A refund will only be issued if your 12 oz glass bottle of sauce arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective.


Damaged, Spoiled, or Defective Bottles

We take great care of packaging our 12 oz glass bottles to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping.

If your bottle of Triple A Sauce arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, please do not return it. Instead, email us at contactus@edithsbest.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photos of the damaged bottle and its original packaging.

No Cost to You: When the issue is on our end, we will cover the cost of sending you a new bottle.
